dstore Gift Vouchers are a great solution if you know how much you want to spend, but aren't sure what to buy! They are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and can be redeemed against any product online (excluding other gift vouchers). Gift vouchers can be either delivered via e-mail instantly, or sent anywhere in Australia via Australia Post.

- Gift Vouchers are issued in Australian Dollars
- Gift Vouchers are delivered free via email or post. Please allow 4-5 business days for postal delivery.
- Gift Vouchers can be sent instantly via email - simply change the delivery address to the recipient's email address on the checkout page
- In order to redeem a Gift Voucher, the recipient will need to register as a dstore customer
- To view the balance of a Gift Voucher, login to your account after the voucher has been redeemed
Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions
- Gift Vouchers must be redeemed on dstore.com towards the purchase of eligible products. Gift Vouchers must be credited to your dstore account before use. Purchases are deducted from the Gift Voucher balance. Any unused balance will remain on the recipient's dstore account. If an order exceeds the amount of the Gift Voucher, the balance must be paid via credit card, PayPal or BPAY.
- Gift Vouchers cannot be used to purchase other Gift Vouchers. Gift vouchers cannot be resold, transferred, redeemed for cash or applied to any other account. Unused Gift Voucher balances may not be transferred.
- dstore is not responsible if a Gift Voucher is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without your permission.
- Gift vouchers cannot be returned or refunded.
- Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue only
