Hide and Seek revolves around a widower (Robert DeNiro) and his daughter (Dakota Fanning). They move to up state and Emily (Fanning) soon creates an imaginary friend named Charlie...but this act takes an unexpected and terrifying turn, where her father and doctor (Famke Janssen) start to worry about Emilys gruesome habits.

This movie is not for the not so clever as well as a horror movie it is also a guessing game right to the end.
Starring Robert DeNiro and Dakota Fanning both very talented actors in a very talented and creative twisted fairytale type of movie, unlike a lot of movies you have an idea of what is going to happen in the first 3 to 4 scenes but you can't really tell in this movie until the end, also the general idea for this movie was to stay constant right through and it did.
With the death of the Emily's (fanning) Mother played a huge part in the movie for Emily and her father David (DeNiro) since then Emily was suffering for a psychological problem seeing her mother dead so David made the decision for them to move to the county which was a big decision from the city to the country with Emily's condition.
Throughout the film you will have many ideas of what is going on, you may get it first off or won't get it till it actually tells you with whatever happens it will vary person to person though, but they verdict is that this is a 5 star movie worth watching.
I liked this movie for it's originality, creativity and the way of make the viewer use their brain during the movie.
