If you love the series or the first movie then Sex and the City 2 will deliver for you. But if you're not a fan then it may appear a little stale. They've squeezed everything they can out of these girls and it may just be time to take retirement. I'm a fan though and it was satisfying enough, perhaps a little bit like one of Samantha's flings.
