At the end of the Civil War a confederate soldier Jerry Brewster (Thomas Hunter) is jailed for a heist engineered by his buddy Ken Seagull (Nando Gazzolo) who escapes with the loot and builds quite a fortune for himself. Upon his release five years later Brewster realizes he's been double-crossed...and vows revenge! He teams up with a stranger named Getz (Dan Duryea) to brawl and shoot his way through Seagull's henchmen and finally settle the score with his old partner-in-crime.

The Hills Run Red is a fine movie. Possibly not one of the finest spaghetti westerns ever made, but certainly one of the most entertaining films.
I definitely recommend this movie to horror fans. The Hills Run Red is a scary horror movie. Buy this DVD, you will love it!
