Do you offer a gift wrapping service?
Currently we offer this service within the Gifts, Cosmetics and Jewellery categories. Goods ordered from the Gifts department can be gift wrapped for a fee of $3.95. The cosmetics department offers a free gift card and wrapping service. Items purchased from the Jewellery department are presented in a standard white dstore gift box.
Why is gift wrapping not always available?
Unfortunately not all of our warehouses are set up to wrap gifts. If gift wrapping is available for your product there will be a gift wrapping symbol on the product page.
Does a tax invoice arrive with the goods?
No. Your tax invoice is sent to your email address as soon as your payment is received and processed. Your parcel will include what is called a packing slip, and this is a simple checklist of the items included in the package. Prices do not appear in this list in case the the purchase is intended as a gift.
