dstore accepts three methods of payment - credit card, BPAY and PayPal.
Please note, all dstore transactions are displayed and finalised in Australian dollars.
Paying online with credit card
dstore accepts online payments using the following credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD and DINERS CLUB. Credit card purchases will be displayed as dstore.com on your credit card statement. Debit cards issued through Visa and Mastercard can also be used.
dstore uses the latest industry encryption technology to protect your credit card details during an online transaction. Your credit card will be charged when you place the order to ensure that the goods are dispatched with the minimum of delay.
IMPORTANT: Internet security is a crucial issue for us and obviously it's an important issue for you too. As such, large transactions may involve additional screening and we will require confirmation on a couple of key details before we proceed. In this event, we will get in contact with you. In some cases this may delay your order by a day or two, but it is in the interests of all credit card holders that we go the extra mile.
Paying on the phone with credit card
If you'd feel more comfortable giving your card details over the phone, that option is available too.
Simply select the Pay By Phone option in the checkout to complete your order, then call 1800 DSTORE during business hours.
Paying online with BPAY®
dstore accepts online payments via the BPAY payment system. In simple terms, BPAY is an easy way of transferring money from your bank account to ours without the hassle of remembering account numbers. Once set up with your financial institution (for free), you'll find it's a safe, easy and convenient way for you to make online payments.
BPAY payments can be made via your financial institution either by Phone or Internet Banking. Once your payment has been processed (which can take up to 2 business days), your order will then be dispatched.
If you don't have BPAY set up or would like more information, ask your financial institution or visit www.bpay.com.au
HELPFUL HINT: Stock is not allocated to your order until full payment is received, so it is advised that you complete your BPAY transaction immediately after placing an order. Where a product does sell out, we will get in contact with delivery information.
Paying online with PayPal®
dstore now accepts online payments via the PayPal payment system. PayPal is an account-based system that lets anyone with an email address send and receive online payments using their credit card or bank account. The advantages of using PayPal are:
- Fast. Payments are made immediately;
- Convenience. You can fund your payment using existing balance in your PayPal account, or by linking to your debit card, credit card or bank account; and
- Security. Because PayPal NEVER shares your financial information with anyone, you can transact with greater confidence.
Setting up a PayPal account is simple. You should also undertake PayPal’s verification procedure, which involves verifying two small deposits (made by PayPal within 3 – 5 working days) into your nominated bank account. Verification aims to ensure that all transacting parties are who they say they are, thereby creating a safer community and it is all done in the interest of your own security. Having a verified PayPal account also helps to lift your spending limits. If you'd like to find out this or any other questions about PayPal, visit www.paypal.com.au. Once it's up and running, you'll find it's a fast, safe and easy way to pay!
