Your dstore Account
The Your Account page is where you can manage your personal member account details. There are four main sections to this page:
Your current account details are reflected on this page. To update your email,
billing address or password, simply click on the buttons provided and enter
the new details.
You can also subscribe/unsubscribe from the newsletter in this section.
Your Address Book
Using Your Address Book you can update or add new delivery addresses for convenient reference in the future. For example, you might want to add your business address if you work 9-5, or the addresses of friends and relatives that you are likely to use.
HELPFUL HINT: If you are adding a work address, be sure you include the business name in the field provided as Australia Post require this information. Failure to do so may result in delays or the mishandling of your parcel. dStore does not accept responsibility for parcels with incorrect or insufficient address details.
Your Order History
The Your Account page also provides a summary of your order history - this includes all orders past, present and those awaiting payment. To view the details of any order, click on View order.
Your Wish List
From this page you can move items from your Wish List directly into your trolley (ready for purchase), or you can choose to remove them.

Updating your details
How do I update my email address?
The email address in Your Account is the one we use to keep you up to date with the payment and progress of your orders. To update this email address:
- Look for "Your Email Address" and click on the Change Email >> link.
- Enter your new email address into the input boxes provided and click the button provided to submit your changes.
How do I update my address?
It's important to remember that your Billing Address is also your primary delivery address for all orders unless otherwise specified. To update this address:
- Open your account page and click on the Change Details >> link under "Your Billing Address".
- Make the required changes to your address and click the button provided to submit your changes.
IMPORTANT: This will not change the delivery address for any of your existing orders. Please call us immediately on 1800 378 673 if you need to change the delivery address of an existing order.
How do I change my password?
To change your account login password you will need to first login to your member account using your existing password. Once you have logged in go to the Your Account page:
- Look for "Your Password" and click on the Change Password >> link.
- Enter your existing password, and then your new password twice in the input boxes, then click the on the button provided to submit your changes. Your new password will become active immediately.
How do I subscribe/unsubscribe from the newsletter?
From your account page, click the subscribe/unsubscribe button. You can also subscribe using the form at the bottom of every page.
To unsubscribe, simply update your details, or click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email.
